| Instruction to Authors: |

Papers must be written in English
and describe original work. Submitted papers,
either for review or publication (after acceptance),
must be formatted in the standard IEEE double
column Proceedings format and conform to the IEEE Explore
requirements for PDF files. All papers must
be submitted through the conference submission
system. |
|
For the purposes of review, all papers are limited to 8 pages. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected without review. |
|
Authors should not
include their names and affiliations in the
paper. |
|
Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors must register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. |
|
Conference Proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society, USA. |
|
All accepted papers will appear in IEEE Computer Society online store, IEEE-Xplore, IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries, IEE INSPEC, EI(Compendex), Thomson ISI and other indexing services. |
|
Best Paper Award in each Sessions. |
|
Selected Papers after Oral Presentation may be published in Special issue of Refereed International Journals. |
